FEATURED ADVENTUREThe red landscape of the Moab desert is a climber's paradise, with vertical canyon cliffs split in half by aesthetic cracks of all sizes and sandstone towers beckoning more adventurous climbers. Areas such as Wall Street and Ice Cream Parlor host lower angle climbs with an easy approach for novice climbers or those looking to improve their crack climbing movement skills. Castle Valley hosts impressive towers with more challenging multipitch climbing objectives, such as the classic Kor-Ingalls route (5.9) to test your hand crack and wide climbing techniques or Fine Jade (5.11), a finger crack splitting the south face of the Rectory. There are also beginner level multipitch climbs for those looking for more exposure but without the harder climbing grades, such as Looking Glass Rock (5.6) or the world class Ancient Art (5.8).
